Yamaha vs gemeinhardt flute?

I'm looking towards a intermediate flute, open hole with b foot. My two top choices around my budget would be a yamaha 381h and a gemeinhardt 3shb. Both are solid silver headjoint and the yamaha one has a Gold Plated mouthpiece. Which one would you recommend to get?

I recommend a Yamaha flute. I believe Yamaha, sells the better instruments. But that's just my option.
