Conn Trumpet
How do I choose a trumpet?
Hi everyone,
I'm in the High School band (marching and symphonic) and I'm in need of a new trumpet. I currently have a Conn "Director", (not sure of model #) but my band director says that I'm better than my horn.
So now I'm shopping for one, but I actually have no clue what to look for. I just know that it has to be better than what I currently have, and it needs to be something that won't need to be replaced again anytime soon.

You can't go wrong with a Bach Stradivarius. It is a professional horn that can last your entire lifetime and more if you want it. I switched to an old Martin Committee a few years back because I wanted that tone specifically, but the Bach Stradivarius is the best all around horn you can buy. Also, go for a used one if possible, they only get better with age if properly maintained.
